Gift card Terms & conditions

The Providorium Gift Card entitles the Gift Card recipient or Card holder to goods equal to the value stated on the Gift Card.

Gift Cards purchased on providorium.com.au will expire two years from the issue date.

Gift Cards may not be used for the purposes of purchasing another Gift Card.

Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash, they can solely be used for purchasing products at providorium.com.au The value shown on the Gift Card is inclusive of GST. There are no extra charges such as credit card fees when using the gift card.

If the Card holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the retail price of the goods immediately using a valid credit card including American Express.

Gift Cards should be treated as cash. Like Cash, lost or stolen Gift Cards unfortunately cannot be replaced and/or redeemed.

Partial Gift Card redemptions are not supported, please purchase the full value of the gift card or greater in the one on line purchase. Any shortage amount will need to be paid at time of purchase.

If Providorium suspects any fraud relating to a Gift Card, Providorium has the right to refuse or to redeem the Gift Card.
