Providorium has a wonderful selection of self-indulgent chocolate bars. Willie’s Cacao, from the UK, is a bean-to-bar specialist, sourcing the finest cocoa beans from around the world. Providorium is proud to feature eight classic styles, including three bars featuring the finest cocoa from selected plantations, we call this ‘plantation origin selection’. Our classic bar is the Ginger & Lime, a Providorium favourite combining soft warming ginger with tangy lime, blended in 70% cocoa chocolate. Bars unique to Providorium include the Ragusa Swiss classic bars and the Villars milk origin bars. Switzerland, being such a small country, can produce unique milk flavours from its different regions. Our bars originate from the lovely Bern, Fribourg and Vaud regions. Dolfin of Belgium specialises in the ‘Art of Blending’ and produces a wonderful selection of blended chocolate. Dark chocolate lovers must try the pink peppercorns with 70% dark chocolate.
