1. PAYMENTS, ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
1.1 Payment Methods
Providorium accepts:
- Major credit cards
- Google Pay
All payments must be received in full before an order is processed.
1.2 Cancelling or Adjusting an Order
To cancel or modify your order, please contact: info@providorium.com.au
If your order has not yet been picked or packed, we can cancel or adjust it immediately.
Once preparation has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
1.3 Order Cancellations by Providorium
Providorium reserves the right to cancel any order at any time (e.g., pricing errors, stock discrepancies, security concerns).
If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
1.4 Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are available for purchase on our website. Gift cards are non‑refundable once issued, unless required under the ACL.
2. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & HANDLING
2.1 Delivery Fees
- Sydney Metro: $20 flat rate
- Sydney Metro Free Delivery: for orders above $99
- Domestic Shipping (outside Sydney Metro): via third‑party freight forwarders. Rates start at $24.95 (subject to carrier pricing; please check the shipping calculator for accuracy).

2.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Sydney Metro: Estimated delivery window of 1–5 days

Domestic Shipping: Usually 3–10 business days
Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, peak periods, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier events.
Delivery windows are estimates only and not guaranteed.
2.3 If You Are Not Home
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave your order in a safe‑drop location, meaning a reasonably secure and discreet place on your property.
If you do not want safe‑drop, you must inform us in writing before dispatch.
2.4 Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for your order transfers to you once the delivery has been made, whether:
- Handed to someone at the address, or
- Left in a designated safe‑drop location
After delivery, Providorium is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.
2.5 Ensuring Smooth Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and access instructions are accurate.
Providorium is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Locked gates, building restrictions, or unregistered unit numbers
- Inaccessible areas
2.6 Perishable & Temperature‑Sensitive Items
While we pack items as appropriately as possible, we do not refrigerate goods after delivery.
If left in safe‑drop areas, perishables may be exposed to temperature changes.
Please retrieve deliveries promptly to maintain quality.
2.7 PO Box Deliveries
We can ship to PO Boxes; however, shipments to PO Boxes dispatch once weekly, and may result in minor delays.
2.8 International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
3. RETURNS POLICY
3.1 Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Providorium does not offer refunds or returns for change‑of‑mind purchases.
At our discretion, we may accept returns of products that are:
- In original packaging
- Unopened
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned within 14 days of invoice date
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
3.2 Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are fully preserved.
If your goods are:
- Faulty
- Damaged before or at delivery
- Not as described
- Incorrect
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability varies due to seasonality, supplier limitations, and stock cycles.
If a product is marked “Out of Stock”:
- Providorium cannot guarantee when or if it will return
- Customers are encouraged to check the product page for real‑time stock updates
- You may contact us for more information
Some items are restocked regularly, while others may be limited‑edition or discontinued.
5. PROMOTIONS & LOYALTY
5.1 Promotions
Providorium periodically runs promotions on selected brands and products.
We notify registered customers via email and publish offers on our website.
5.2 Loyalty Points
We do not currently offer a points‑based loyalty program.
However, we value our regular customers and may provide:
