OUR STORY

Providorium is new and developing by the day, with our wonderful range of local and European delicacies. We may be young, but our experience in selecting these wonderful products has over 100 years of combined sourcing and logistic experience.

Providorium offers an experience with these high quality and well respected brands, that are icons across Europe. We are fortunate to be able to bring these wonderful products to Australia and to let our local customers enjoy the very best from Europe.

We have facilities in both Sydney and Melbourne and work with our shipping partners of DHL and Australia Post (Express Post services).

 

PAYMENTS, ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

What payment options do you accept? ​

We currently accept most major credit cards, and Google Pay.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@providorium.com.au If your order hasn't been picked/packed then we can cancel the order right away.

How do I adjust my order? ​
​If you ordered a wrong product, input the wrong address, or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust it for you! If your package has already shipped, we can no longer amend the order.

DELIVERIES

Shipping & Handling Cost

Our shipping rates start at $24.95. We use DHL Express couriers as well as Australia Post (Express Post). 

Why hasn't my order shipped yet? 
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days but delays can happen during the holiday season (November-December). ​​

If there is a hold up for any other reason, we will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder!

​How long will it take to receive my order? ​
Domestic shipping usually takes 3-10 business days to receive.

How do I track my order?
​Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. During the holidays expect some delays. Give the tracking 1-3 business days to update.

What do I do if my order is missing?
Contact info@providorium.com.au as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us.

 

RETURNS

We will accept returns on any products within 14 days of purchase, only product in original packaging and not damaged in any way will be accepted due to food handling. We may also offer a credit or refund in some cases. Feel free to contact our team at info@providorium.com.au if you have any concerns with your purchase. All return postage is payable by the customer.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

If your purchase is faulty or damaged, please send us an image of the product to info@providorium.com.au with your order number, tax invoice number or name. If we deem that the fault is in relation to the product (and not due to damage in shipping) we will arrange replacement or a refund. Damages due to our carriers are sometimes unavoidable and are generally not refunded. Each case is assessed by our Providorium management team and they will do their upmost to provide customer satisfaction.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind over a purchase, Providorium will only accept the product if still packaged in the original way you received it. Boxes should not be opened. Providorium reserves the right to provide a gift card, or refund when making the claim.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the Tax Invoice date. Please contact our team at info@providorium.com.au and they will be able to assist. All change of mind return postage is payable by the customer.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship within Australia.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Yes, we do, but we ship once a week to these addresses, so you may experience a short delay with using PO boxes.

 

DO YOU OFFER LOYALTY POINTS? 

We currently do not offer loyalty points, but we do value our regular customers and from time to time we will offer discounts or gift cards to our valued customers.

 

PROMOTIONS

Providorium will run promotions on certain brands, we will email all our loyal customers that have registered with us. Keep a look out for the regular promotional flyers indicating our specials and various product savings.

 

GENERAL

​​I would like to buy something but you appear to be out of stock - will you be restocking?

It varies. Some items get restocked while others do not. Feel free to contact us for more information on individual products

 

LEGAL DISCLOSURE 

Providorium reserves the rights to amend the content of this site and our policies at any time. Providorium LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
