Returns

At Providorium we work hard to provide a great service and excellent product range at the most competitive prices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please complete the table below and we will attend to your enquiry as soon as possible.

All return or refund claims will be reviewed by Providorium management for consideration and replied to within 72 hours (3 business days). A response will be provided on how we propose to rectify the experience. Please note that with the nature of food products, including confectionery, returns on a change of mind basis are not accepted. Only claims for receival of damaged goods, faulty product or incorrectly supplied will be actioned. If a decision to grant a refund is approved, you will be notified within 5 days.
