Lubeca is a leading German producer of high-quality marzipan (Rohmasse), which is used as a semi-finished product for further processing. Our customers are confectioners, bakers, chocolatiers, pâtissiers and companies in the confectionery and baked goods industry that are located in over 50 countries around the world. Through our sole proprietor, the non-profit Friedrich Bluhme & Else Jebsen Foundation, our profits are used for the common good in Lübeck and its surroundings. We make the world’s best marzipan using carefully selected Californian and Mediterranean almonds, and also use pistachios and hazelnuts in our other various creations, all of which are manufactured under strict quality control.
